Making the boarding process (even) easier. To create a more seamless travel experience for your Sailors, we’re updating our guidelines in tandem with the discontinuation of the CDC’s Voluntary Program for the Cruise Industry. We will no longer be requiring that Sailors test for COVID-19 in order to board both Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady — making your Sailors’ pre-voyage prep even breezier. The first voyage for Valiant Lady will be 7/24/22, and the first voyage for Scarlet Lady will be 7/27/22. We’re still requiring that the majority (90%) of Sailors be vaccinated, but we’re opening up our voyages for a limited number (10%) of unvaccinated Sailors to join us. We’re excited to welcome our new Sailors on board, so for now please contact Brad to check the availability of our future voyages if this applies to you. Our Crew will remain fully vaccinated as they are now. Your Sailors’ well-being will always be our first priority, so we will continue to keep you updated on any changes that may come through. Virgin Voyages allows all sailors aboard regardless of vaccination status with passport prior to sailing. Booking is fully non refundable and a future cruise credit will be issued.

1. Purchase Education Pass
In order to attend the event you FIRST must purchase your ticket(s) Registration/Experience Pass - You need this if you will be taking the education. Registration/guest - You will need this if you are coming with someone who is taking the education but you are not. Or are coming on your own as part of the group but not taking the education. Must be purchased before booking cabin. This can be booked on the website or a direct link below.
2. Self Book or Assisted Booking
Once you have completed payment on website for your ticket you will have 2 options. 1. Self Book Your Cabin Online with link provided or Assisted Booking: Fill out the form below and Brad with contact you to complete your booking. You will also receive an email from tlee Expedia Cruises which is an Expedia Cruises CC Authorization Form. Please complete and sign. This allows us to make a payment at your request from your card. The cc number with be taken over the phone by Brad. Protecting your online safety is our utmost importance in completing your booking
3. Book Cabin With Brad
To book your cabin to attend the event, Brad is the only official way. It is essential that Steps 1 & 2 have been completed. If you have been referred by someone, please inform Brad. A call will be made via messenger or phone to finish the booking. Additionally, Brad can also help you book your event ticket and registration by completing form below if you require assistance. What is Virgin Voyages' cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here's everything you need to know: If you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time. Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh? Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled. Have more questions? No worries.
