 Departure Day: Prepare for a Smooth Transition Upon the day of departure, make sure to start your morning with breakfast available on the ship to energize yourself for the journey ahead. Every guest will be designated with a specific departure lounge and time corresponding to the tags on their luggage, outlined in the "As You Depart" guide. While waiting, you can indulge in some refreshments at the lounges, providing a perfect opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee, unwind, and reflect on your trip. Families traveling with children will appreciate the designated family zone equipped with toys and games to keep youngsters entertained. When your group is called, our attentive crew will guide you to your luggage and assist with directions to your intended mode of transportation, whether it's the Royal Caribbean airport transfer, a taxi, or your waiting family. For those seeking a quick exit, the Express Departure option is recommended. By carrying your luggage, you can expedite the disembarkation process and be among the first to leave the ship and begin your journey. Remember to pack your luggage the night before, even if you opt for Express Departure, to ensure a hassle-free departure experience

Cruising allows all sailors aboard regardless of v status with  passport prior to sailing. Experience a carefree cruise — from the time you leave, until you're back home — with the Royal Caribbean Travel  Protection™. In fact, the benefits begin before your trip even starts.
If unable to attend the live event other options may be available.

When your registration has successfully processed you will  receive a CC Authorization Form Expedia Cruises in order to book your cabin.
Please fill out and return.

Cabin Booking is Separate from Registration & Experience Pass.

1. Purchase Education Pass 

In order to attend the event you FIRST must  purchase your ticket(s) Registration/Experience Pass - You need this if you will be taking the education. Registration/guest - You will need this if you are coming with someone who is taking the education but you are not.  Or are coming on your own as part of the group but not taking the education. Must be purchased before booking cabin. This can be booked on the website or a direct link below.  

2. Self Book or Assisted Booking

Once you have completed payment on website for your ticket you will have 2 options. 1. Self Book Your Cabin Online with link provided or Assisted Booking: Fill out the form below and Brad with contact you to complete your booking. You will also receive an email from tlee Expedia Cruises which is an Expedia Cruises CC Authorization Form. Please complete and sign. This allows us to make a payment at your request from your card. The cc number with be taken over the phone by Brad. Protecting your online safety is our utmost importance in completing your booking 

3. Book Cabin With Brad

To book your cabin to attend the event, Brad is the only official way. It is essential that Steps 1 & 2 have been completed. If you have been referred by someone, please inform Brad. A call will be made via messenger or phone to finish the booking. Additionally, Brad can also help you book your event ticket and registration by completing form below if you require assistance.
